Konro soup ingredients :
● ribs beef, 500 grams
● Air beef broth, 1300 ml
● Ginger, 1 cm, grated
● galangal, 2 cm, grated
● Cinnamon, 1.5 cm
● Cloves, 2 eggs
● Cardamom, 3 grains
● Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
● Tamarind water, 1 tablespoon
Subtle seasoning:
1. Kluwak, 1 fruit, take the meat, soak in hot water
2. Toasted coconut, 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, 2 cloves
4. Red onion, 6 eggs
5. Turmeric, 1 cm
6. Pecans, 3 eggs, toasted
7. Coriander, 1 teaspoon
